I just wanted to thank you again for speaking at this morning's CEO Strategy Forum.  The feedback has been great, and I've listed some of the comments below for you to see.  You have a very fresh and approachable style, which lent itself well to the roundtable discussion.  Also, I am looking forward to reading your book; I glanced over the forward and found myself nodding and smiling, which is always a good sign.

Also, I hope you will consider membership in the CEOSF, if your schedule permits.  Since you haven't really gotten to view the forum from a member perspective, I'd love to have you attend the Special Event we are hosting at the end of February as my guest.  I will be emailing the invitation during the next week or so, and if you are interested, just respond to me that you would like to attend.
