It was a great pleasure having Mr. Mitch Thrower speak to the students in my course on Business Interpersonal Communication. Mitch brought great credibility as a highly successful professional and entrepreneur. He added color and interest with terrific specific examples from his personal endeavors, both in athletics and business. At the core was a consistent, positive, motivating message fortified with personal experiences about the importance of building strong relationships, and how to do it, for professional success.
In addition to excellent personal stories and examples, Mitch engaged the attention of the students with dialogue and questions. He connected excellently with the audience, driving a question and answer session after his presentation, enabling the students to explore their entrepreneurship and relationship-building questions and interests. I learned and enjoyed along with the students, and I look forward to having Mitch return to speak again. I would certainly recommend him to others.
